I have nothing but excellent things to say about Emma Chapman at Marsh & Parsons. Emma Chapman is the Senior Lettings Negotiator at the Marsh & Parsons branch at Baker St. in Marylebone. I walked into their office, recently, without an appointment, looking for apartment rentals in the Marylebone area. Emma immediately brought out brochures of a dozen potential rentals. The next day she spent 5 hours driving me around Marylebone and nearby areas showing me a wide assortment of beautiful apartments. Once I decided on which apartment I wanted to rent, Emma was tremendously helpful, with negotiating the lease, setting up my utilities, and even the arduous process of getting a resident parking permit. I have never worked with a real estate agent that worked as hard as Emma Chapman did. She receives my highest recommendations and hope that anyone looking to lease an apartment, gets the opportunity to work with Emma Chapman.

From my first email contact, my experience with Marsh & Parsons has been an unqualified success. I do not live in the UK and emailed several agents about wanting to buy a property in the Marylebone area. Only David Ruddock from Marsh & Parsons responded. The day I arrived in London he took me to see 3 or more properties and the same the next day. Each one fitted my brief and was worthy of consideration. I came up with a short list of 3, showed my partner when he arrived and we chose one. David facilitated the purchase which happened after we had returned to Australia. We are delighted with the service. Not only that, the after-sales service is incredible. David came to show me things around the flat - even to the point of installing the TV equipment. How amazing is that? 5 stars are not enough.

A blue plaque commemorating the deceased John Lennon and George Harrison on the Baker Street frontage. The Beatles short-lived foray into fashion, the 'Apple' boutique and Apple Corp. HQ offices were located here in 1967/8 in a building demolished in 1974 and replaced by this current pastiche. A legendary mural designed by "The Fool" briefly covered the entire building. Imagine ! Currently an estate agent offices are situated on this site and subject here to numerous positive reviews.
