I have done business with Marsh & Parsons in Pimlico for a couple of years now. I have to say that the performance of Chris Daly in particular has really impressed me. He has an excellent knowledge of the buy-to-let business from both the landlord's and the tenant's point of view, which means he has always been expert, not just in selling my flats, but in helping me to establish tenancies that work over a prolonged period of time. As a landlord, I have to say that I really appreciate someone like Chris, who understands that the job of the agent doesn't just end when the agreements are signed and his company's money is collected. His willingness to follow through, to be accessible and to respond promptly to messages during those key early weeks of a tenancy is really appreciated. Chris has also given me invaluable advice on a number of occasions about how best to prepare my flats for letting and, more widely, regarding the trends in the central London rental market of which he has an outstanding knowledge. All of these factors combined mean that with Chris, I haven't just found someone to do a single piece of work on my behalf, but someone with whom I can build a long-term relationship for the betterment of my business.
