I was dreading the often onerous task of engaging with agents and subsequently undertaking viewings, at a time when there is so much more uncertainty in the world, particularly the property market. I've probably been speaking with 5-6 agents and Daniel at M&P has hands down been the most engaging, considered, positive and understanding agent of them all. He adopts the perfect balance of maintaining comms / sending through properties and giving me the space to digest, absorb and feedback simply with 'not sure, just something about it isn't working for me'. An all round lovely bloke who is passionate about his work and finding a property that ticks as many boxes as possible!

I purchased a property which was marketed by Marsh and Parsons Shoreditch. My principal contact was James Butt. James was very responsive, sensible and helpful throughout. He communicates well, was fair and reasonable - which made him an effective negotiator - and I was impressed with how he kept things moving throughout the transaction. The team worked well together and James made sure that a number of people were fully informed about the purchase so that I always felt there was coverage. All and all a really positive experience dealing with James and the team!

After being hounded almost daily by one very popular London estate agency, and then signing up to another estate agency which was barely awake, when I found Marsh & Parsons I was extremely relieved. I had underestimated the importance of selecting the right company to sell my flat. To say I have been impressed by the service offered by Marsh & Parsons would be an understatement. I simply couldn't fault it in any way. Mark Kempson is the Sales Manager and he is quietly confident, not pushy in the least. He is excited and motivated to sell your property. He is also realistic, there are no hidden surprises. I would also describe him as friendly and highly professional. Mark is supported by Alice Cliff and James although I had most contact with Alice. Alice is very easy to deal with and straightforward. It was appreciated that she had made the effort to come and meet me before showing people round the flat; you are dealing with a human being and not someone on the end of the phone. If you are looking for a company to help in the sale of your property, I would recommend calling Mark for a chat.

Our Review is for James Donkin (Estate Agent) We both found James very polite, well spoken and very accommodating. He allowed us to see the flat several times, and informed us if he was away. He made sure we were taken care of. Our first offer unfortunately fell through, it was no way his fault. He immediately made sure we had other flats to view following this and followed up on the viewings each time. He was easy to contact. I would recommend James as an estate agent.

We had a great experience at Marsh & Parsons Shoreditch! As Canadians moving to London, we weren't sure where to start in our relocation journey. James Cunningham was the perfect guide; patient with us through the immigration process and the first to show us around London upon arrival. I've always had a vey good experience with M&P and this time round / this office was no exception. The lettings agent (Marie) did an excellent job - communication was prompt and the whole process was transparent and straightforward. I never felt like someone is trying to offload some terrible property they have lying around (which applies to quite a few property agencies in London). It also feels like M&P pre-screen their properties more than other agencies do, which means one doesn't have to waste their time viewing some hideous man-caves. Will definitely contact M&P when I'm moving again.

Eric Cheung was really helpful getting our house sold. He put a lot of time and effort from the initial valuation to chasing to ensure the sale completed, post exchange. They had a good database of potential buyers and knew the area very well. When considering to list I decided between M&P and Foxtons and in hindsight I'm glad I went with M&P.
