Had a great experience with Peter initially in securing the accommodation - He was more than helpful. Then we were in contact with Carlos who made the letting process very pleasant and simple and we would highly recommend him. Martin & Co Chelsea have been a great letting agent to deal with.

After a year and a bit of Covid-19 getting in the way of home improvements and some of our requests not being heard by Martin and Co, we met Emine our newly appointed property manager. They mediate very well between the tenants and myself, ensuring issues are dealt with quickly and fairly. They are swift to employ handymen to repair minor faults and can contract specialists for larger jobs. Overall I feel that my flat is in good hands. Tania is always very responsive and ensures that her team of junior property managers operate at the same high standard. Emine for example has shown to be a real asset. Victoria has gone so far as waiting on a Saturday to help install a new washing machine (and coping with a small flood when things didn't go quite to plan).

Having dealt with many agents over the year, we felt our experience with Simon at Martin & Co was very positive. Something you can't say about most estate agents. He built trust by not pushing for a sale but keeping us abreast of the market in our area and checking in with us from time to time.
