We purchased our house through Martyn Gerrard 8 years ago and had a great experience, and they also rented our house out for us for the past 3 years whilst we've been living overseas, so it was a no-brainer to list it with them when we decided to sell. We dealt mainly with Treon in the first instance who was both efficient and thorough in securing first one buyer, and then a second when the initial one backed out. As the sale progressed we hit some issues meaning that the transaction took much longer than anticipated, but MG were helpful in ensuring that everyone stayed focused on what needed to be done to get the deal to exchange.
