C. E.I'm a landlord and Maxwells are my letting agent. It is more of a partnership really and based on trust . Amar and his team work very hard to keep everything working for all parties but the key is great communication and openness, it is a personal service and that sets it apart from other agents I have worked with. I really recommend him to you if you are considering letting your property. What you see is what you get and they team are all very friendly and professional. Amar and his team manage to keep voids very low or nil but are also good at listening to and responding to tenants needs. Thanks to the whole team for their great work
