Jay has been a phenomenal asset to Moreland as well as real estate in general. His demeanour, personality as well as professional conduct is unmatched and it has been a real pleasure to work with him, especially amid these testing times which we all face due to the coronavirus pandemic.
I have not been left in the dark as many previous estate agents have done so in the past. Jay has always been there to provide support as well as updates on how things have been going and what else we needed to do in order to make our experience as seamless as possible.
Jay was also in charge of two house visits to properties we were looking to rent and on both occasions he proved that there are capable and interpersonal estate agents and that not all of them are as cold and crude as we imagine them to be.

Similar to my experiences with Jay, Rebecca was incredibly kind, considerate and very supportive through every step of the tenancy process and in securing our new home which we very much enjoy now that we have all moved in! Every single day I would wake up with a courtesy email from Rebecca asking how we were and what we needed to do it was a very surreal experience compared to my experiences with previous estate agents who enjoyed letting us meander through the darkness for most of the time.
Rebecca is truly an asset to property management and it has been an absolute pleasure liaising with her on every small detail which she diligently took the time to respond to and to offer pragmatic solutions. It is quite clear that she takes her profession and her career very seriously and she gives property management a refreshing new name by the way she has conducted and continues to conduct herself.
