Very communicative (and excellent at responding in a very timely fashion), and as their was more than one offer on the table for the landlord to consider, open and transparent regarding the process. There are many things I really love about Morgan Randall from the website to the people. The first thing I noticed about their website is that all the information is present and clear and easy to find (unlike other estate agents where the presented information is somewhat inconsistent) and always includes things like service charge, council tax etc. On the very same day I submitted a form to the website with what I was looking for, I got a voicemail from a cheery voice, Gina De, that instantly made me feel that my message was important. Gina has taken my needs on board and has been excellent in showing me different places and listening to my opinions on them. Whenever I view a place with her, I'm given an information pack about the it making it much easier to remember what I've visited and she is always very patient with my questions and has given me a lot of advice. I've also found her replies to my emails to be extremely prompt and on top of that she's a delightful and enthusiastic person! I haven't found the perfect place for me yet but I really hope it's through Morgan Randall as I've felt like a valued customer here.

I contacted Morgan Randall, as I was interested in one of the flats advertised on their website. I spoke to Hollie, who was very friendly and gave me more information. As I have pets, it was important that the flat was pet friendly. Hollie took all my details and phoned me back a couple of days later to tell me that she managed to convince the landlord to accept pets in his flat. Hollie and her manager Jamie went above and beyond my expectations and acted quickly in order to secure the flat. It took less than 24 hours to have my offer accepted from the landlord. As long-term absentee landlords, we have experienced many difficulties over the years. These are exaggerated when the choice of Agent is wrong - but one only finds out once its too late. Since appointing Morgan Randall to 'Premium Manage' our property, things have been much smoother. Sharntell Edwards, our Property Manager, has a lot to do with that. We have been looking for a flat around Canary Wharf. Our agent Elizabeth Marshall was really accommodating and flexible for viewing times. We had two group of viewings with her one at 8am and another at 8pm. On the first viewings we did not find our dream flat but in spite of problems with car lift (Morgan Randall you need to get it fixed!!) she was very positive an energetic. Jade was helpful in finding the best property meeting our requirements. One change that Morgan Randall can do is to take one week holding deposit only after the offer is accepted by the landlord. Tenants find themselves in difficult situation when landlord takes long to accept/reject the offer and they like some other property in the meantime. We lose the deposit if offer is withdrawn. Other agencies don't seem to ask for the holding deposit before offer is accepted.

I would definitely recommend them above other agents in the area. I primarily dealt with Laura Canetti and Michael Smit at the agency, and found them both wonderful to work with. As a vendor, one expects to be given feedback after viewing, and both Laura and Michael were prompt with that, rather than me have to chase them for one. On various instances I reached out to Laura to request for an update from the buyer or their solicitor; and Laura would update me in promised time frame. I visited Morgan Randal office one week ago to find a flat to rent in their area. I was received By Jamie Saggs. After offering me some complementary refreshments, Jamie was very attentive in listening to my requirements. He asked the right questions and I noticed him taking detailed notes of my criteria and asking me questions about things I missed mentioning and he even asked about the things I don't like or the no-go areas for me. He later summarized my requirements as "Must have" , "nice to have" or "must avoid" list. Great first impression for me! After exchanging contact details, we agreed a viewing date after my working hours. What I liked about their style at this stage is that they don't jump into offering you a single property that they want to get rid off quickly and claim that this is the only option you have for this budget, as many other agents do. Or show you one property that barely matches your requirements among a group of other properties that are out of budget to make you reach the same conclusion. Instead , immediately on the next day, I received an email from MR with 5 properties that we can view during my appointment. I found this very time efficient and honest. Because from my experience with other agents, there is usually a tendency to make sure you have only one option at a time and they only come up with an alternate when they feel you are going to walk away!. We met at office on time and Jamie drove me in their car to see all the properties one by one. All of the properties he showed me was within my price range or even below. I was impressed by his knowledge of the area and his ability to give local tips about night time transport options, local pubs and restaurants and near by super markets and laundry shops. His attitude along the process was very friendly and honest. I really felt I am doing the viewings with a friend not with an agent who just wants you to say YES and rush into a deal. He listens well and recognizes the concerns and notes you may have about what you view and doesn't try to pressure you with the famous phrase "this is going to disappear in 2 hours, You need to make an offer now!". I would definitely recommend MR for anyone looking for a property around the Isle of Dogs and Canary wharf area.
