I. Q.Even though I didn't end up getting the property I wanted (Landlord and I couldn't agree on terms).
I have nothing but good things to say about Morgan Randall. They use Matterport to give you a virtual "Dollhouse" tour of their properties. If you plan your floorspace down to a freaking centimeter than you'll enjoy that tech. Whoever brought that tech to Morgan Randall is a genius.
But (Always a but), it's the professionalism of the staff. Specifically, Julia, she was on the ball! Kept us in the loop, ensured I had all the information I needed to make a decision and an amazing negotiator.

My letting agent was Holly Short, who helped me find a good flat both close enough to the central London and spacious enough. Holly showed me the flat and helped me not to drown in the paperwork (all of which was new to me as this was my first renting in UK).
One thing that could be better is the time estimates made by the company. If I new beforehand that I would move in only after 4 days of signing different agreements, it would be easier for me. But anyway, since I just moved to UK, that was quite fast process.

I was assisted by one of their agents, Karl McWilton, who was extremely helpful, professional, understanding and accommodating right from the outset and throughout my search. He negotiated very hard for us with the landlord of the property that I wanted as first choice. He had an immediate appreciation of the type of property that I was looking for and he went out of his way to find something that met my criteria. He did not waste our time or put pressure on for something that he know would not be suitable. He always tried to get us the best deal possible. Above all, he is very personable and honest , which is important as property searches in London are stressful at the best of times. So it is always nice to deal with an agent who is positive and empathetic to our situation. I give Karl 5*.
My overall review of Morgan Randall however is 4* and not a 5* because I did lose my deposit on a property that I was let down on by one of my prospective flat mates...though legally speaking Morgan Randall had every right to keep the whole amount as I was the one who had to pull out, it would have been nice - as a gesture of goodwill and given my situation - if they had been willing to reimburse a small % of what was quite a substantial amount.
Having said that, I would definitely contact Karl in the future as my first choice for finding property to rent in London.

Looking forward to more viewings . UPDATE: I would give a 2.5 rating. In regards to finding a place they made every effort possible however, once papers were signed, contact was nonexistent. I was given two sets of keys but only one key fob. After moving in, hot water tested fine but only for 30 seconds. Spent my first week with not hot showers. (landlord fixed) The person who helped me along the way didn't bother meeting me at the flat on move in day and sent somebody else. I don't really see what the £400 service charge goes to. This is the second time I've used a letting agent while living in London, Unfortunately , this one was a disappointment.
