I actually tried a few different agents; in addition to MGH I also listed with one large volume, well-known brand and one high-end that normally deals with more expensive property. Not only did I receive the best attention and personalised service from MGH compared to other players, they also felt like the only agent that was acting in my best interest rather than the agent trying to make a quarterly sales quota or similar. Therefore I was not surprised that MGH was also the agent ending up selling the property at a great price in the end. Couldn't recommend this team highly enough, and will definitely use their services again for my next move.
