U.I had the pleasure of dealing with Samuel throughout the process of renting a property. I have had contact with many different estate agents and none have come close to the level of service I have received here. Everything was clear from the start and communication was excellent. Many other agencies aren’t very honest and upfront which is the total opposite of Moving Inn. I highly recommend using them as you will 100% enjoy the service provided.
I. S.I haven't received my contract yet, but so far I found myself quite comfy in dealing with Gabriel, i also asked him a "special" request, and he let me free to proceed. For now i feel i'm quite happy of the service, maybe a little improvement, if tips are well accepted, is to let your customers/new tenants know an eta in advance about contract, deposit handling, and all these "paper works" although is not something really vital or necessary, it's still an improvement to always stay on top. Apart from that so far I'm happy with the service i received, there for 5 stars for Gabriel!

E. F.Moving Inn is an efficient and straightforward agency, with clear procedures and no hidden costs. Gabriel, the agent who helped me, has been excellent in managing all the bits and pieces required: referencing (being patient in waiting for my workplace to provide all the info), deposit, checks, tenancy agreement, Deposit Scheme, immigration status, right to rent, furniture, etc. Excellent in responding quickly and kindly!!!
