She recently went out of her way as the go-between for myself and my landlord to re-negotiate some terms on my lease. An agent is only as good as when they deal with problems. Every agent can be pleasant and polite. But when it comes to dealing with maintenance or landlord/tenant issues, many agents become difficult, slow and unresponsive. Troy at MyLondonHome is an example of a property manager in an agent who deals with issues head on and gets to the bottom of them quickly and efficiently. That's great, but what sets Troy apart is the way in which he does it. Calm, professional and treating all parties with respect (including the tenants). Troy is highly skilled on the phone and exceptionally organised (polite calls and chasing where required until the issue is resolved). Good level of professionalism. Within 9 days of my property advert going on the online portals I was delighted that it became the post popular Zoopla advert for a one bedroom apartment in Stratford. I doubt that other estate agents would have been able to achieve me number one status when sorting the properties by popularity. That goes to show that MyLondonHome invest heavily on their marketing. Good communication and I was regularly kept up to date. The fact that I was only tied up to a 4 week contract as opposed to a 12 weeks contracts was a big bonus.
