I think it's quite rare to have a good experience with a lettings agency, but I can't fault them. Neptune have been really helpful from day one and we stayed in the property for about 5 years. They don't try and rip you off about your deposit when you leave, seem very reasonable.

My Name is Freddie I am a boxing Coach as well as a Landlord - I was fortunate enough to meet both Sri and Marek within a month of them opening their shop on Green Lanes approximately 20 years ago. I have only ever used one other letting agent since - the quality of service has improved with time - they keep me up to date with current Legislation that Landlords are required to ensure staying the right side fo the Law. they are both so accessible as is Mala who is the true power behind the throne (Always keep on her good side). I was in the unfortunate position of having an empty property during the Corona Virus period - no sooner was the ban lifted the guys got to work the house (5 rooms) were filled with great tenants. Over the years of working with Neptune Homes they have always seemed to get the right tenants for the right property. This shows in the retention rate of the clients/tenants. With an average 5 year stay I’m a happy Landlord. I often just leave them to do there thing and wait for the contract to come through signed. The guys know their clientele (both tenants and landlords) so well that even if dispute arises the are always on hand to help either side and offer sensible advice. A very friendly, professional, slick operationally and well versed company.

Best agency ever ! 2 years ago we've rented a whole property in order to share it between my boyfriend and our best friend. What a chance we've had with this agency ! They are our first estate agency in London and I am very glad. I am really sad to have to leave them, we need to save a bit of money so we decided to rent only a room from now on, but if I could rent again with them I totally would ! On my research for a room I found out that not all agency are as professional and as honest as Neptune (sadly, I am too naive) Our main agent was Mala and she was always there for us and was very professional and very fast to respond to our enquiries. In 2 years in our flat she managed to get us new mattresses, a new fridge and washing machine when the old ones where broken etc. she was always on top of her game ! I have rented a property with them, everything was easy and quick. I didn’t even have to go to the office. I have signed a document on line and ready to move in. When I vacated the property they return the full amount of the deposit in 3 days. Very happy. Maybe communication can be improved but nothing that you can’t resolve. Would use them again.

Rented with them for two years two different flats. Very pleased with them. In the first property there were few problems after moving in, e.g. washing machine didnt work, one sink needed fixing. They responded quickly and all the problems were sold in short period of time. We had few more issues with the washing mashine, in the end they sent a brand new one. Im sorry we are not renting from them anymore as there are very bad agencies in London. We had to move to a smaller flat and Neptune didnt have any which fit our criterias, this is the only reason we are not their clients anymore.
