We’ve been very impressed by Nested. We were initially going to go for a traditional estate agent to sell our flat but so glad we didn’t! Our selling, buying, and the process until completion had been a rickety ride, but we wouldn’t have made it to the end if not for our team at Nested. Sam, our sales agent helped us sell our flat quickly! So quick that we were shocked and it helped us being able to put an offer on our next house simultaneously. He helped to present our flat as a desirable, hot property and we received offers over our asking price. We got so much help from Emily, our buying agent. We believe that we wouldn’t have gotten an offer in without her help. She is a tactful negotiator and lovely to chat to. She gave us lots of insight on what to watch out for, and how to formulate the offers to catch the attention of the sellers. Our progression agent is Daniel, and he helped push along the whole chain process and chased people actively. Again, we believe we wouldn’t have managed to exchanged on the day we planned with all of the complexity of the chain. We saw stark contrast with other estate agents that have been unhelpful or dishonest and Daniel had been incredible. We can’t recommend Nested’s service enough and would use them again if it ever came to it. The house purchasing process is a stressful one so you need all the support you can get!

Before using Nested we had our London flat on the market with another agent for over a year with no success... but after changing to Nested we had 3 offers within a week! We were then given a dedicated Conveyancing Progressor to oversee the actual sale which was so helpful to make the process go as smoothly as possible with great communication. We also used the buying service with Emily which was INVALUABLE. In such a competitive market Emily's advice on how and what to offer was incredibly insightful and we learnt so much from her. I came to Nested after some time with a more traditional high street agent without success, and I chose them because I’d seen them sell a similar flat local to mine in very quick time. I was impressed with everything about the sale process - Sharief was focussed, determined, honest and realistic and gathered useful feedback from every viewer. The quality and amount of communication during this process, in person and available through the app, was a world away from my experience with the previous agent. After a relatively short time he’d achieved multiple offers, one of which was over the asking price and which progressed to a sale, with reliable and dogged support from Nicole. It was incredibly reassuring to have a point of contact during this time who was dedicated to making sure we moved towards exchanging contracts. I also used Nested’s buying service so I was supported in buying our new flat, from receiving an informative initial report to being helped through negotiations with the seller’s agent and beyond. Without Emily's insight, guidance and support I’m positive I would have made a higher opening offer and wouldn’t have ended up saving 5% off the seller’s asking price. This service was absolutely worth having, it took away lots of the stress of doing this alone. I can’t say anything negative at all about Nested, I would highly recommend them. A totally professional yet personal and trustworthy service, really distinctive compared to the rest.

We had a brilliant experience with Nested who helped us to sell our house very quickly for a good price and were a fantastic support through the tortuous buying process. I can thoroughly recommend them. Emily, our buying agent was outstanding. She always came back to us really quickly on any query and would ring to check how everything was going just at the point when we were thinking of contacting her. She seemed to have a second sense as to when we would need her. She gave us some very good negotiation strategies and lots of helpful advice which enabled us to get a good price on our new house. It was reassuring to have someone to go to for impartial advice throughout. We also had excellent help from Josh, Chris and Leah during the selling process. Josh and Chris gave us three realistic valuations on the house we were selling which were higher than other estate agents. They were also very positive and gave us the impression that they liked the house and saw its good qualities. Leah was also a great help in pushing the sale through. Nothing was too much trouble for all of them. Their recommended solicitor was also excellent. We were so glad we chose them.

Brilliant company to work with. Valuation based on solid data, so you can see how it was produced. Great app giving instant feedback on viewings and updates on progress/offers etc. Valuation got viewings in line with what Nested promised, and we received offers within the timescales they predicted. Nothing too much trouble - ours was a complicated sale and they helped us throughout, both re-marketing the property and then progressing the sale. Purchase report service is brilliant and really sets them apart from other agents - although our circumstances meant we didn’t use in the end, this is a huge asset.

First class, friendly, service. A number of things outside of their control [or mine], caused the sale to drag on for over a year. Nested were great throughout! I took full advantage of their advertised services -selling, buying, and mortgage broking plus the unadvertised service "keeping my spirits up" Can't praise them enough.

My first estate agent for this sale changed ownership as I registered and appeared disorganised so I swapped. The second put a lot of people through in 1 day and then, when no offers came, seemed to sit back and just left it on Righmove with bad pictures. I swapped again to Nested, a friend's recommendation. We had listed our flat with two high Street agent but didn't really like the way things were handled so we stated looking for options and we so glad that we came across Nested, they are absolutely amazing to say the least! Jane who promptly paid us visit and had a detailed discussion about the pricing we should look at and strategies we can use if we not getting any traction. All this through discussion and her understanding of the market really impressed us and we decided to list with them. The photos and virtual tour were promptly arranged with our fault going online within days of first conversation. For someone who is pretty tech savvy, we found rhe dashboard pretty awesome, showing you updates of work done by the team like calling buyers database, inquiries, viewing scheduled, viewing feedback, offer status etc. Ashley, who handled all the viewing was very prompt always and kept us updated afterwards. The team was always very honest in terms of the feedback we received or pricing and help is set realistic expectations in terms of timelines or prices. We also used their buying agent services which was one of the most helpful decisions ever specially considering stamp duty holiday buying rush! Emily in particular was really really amazing, super helpful, patient, through in her work, throughout our stressful journey of finding the house. She always helped us understand the details and guided us through the whole process till completion. There were days when we would receive Emily's call almost daily to discuss details or share information with us, this really helped us wade through the whole process, I won't say stress-free but she definitely made it bearable. I really really appreciate all the help of the whole team and I won't give it a second thought before choosing NESTED if we ever do this again! Having had a pretty dire experience with a previous high street agent, we came to Nested somewhat tired of the whole process and sceptical as to whether they would be able to offer anything different. Any concerns were quickly disspelled - they were a breath of fresh air throughout the process. Between them, Leah, Emily and Harry managed expertly to navigate us through the most convoluted of chains, and to remain in good spirits throughout. The fact the sale ultimately proceeded was in no small part down to Leah's tenacity and willingness to put pressure on the other parties to the transaction (politely!), and Emily was a huge help when it came to the negotiation strategy and deal progression. She was not afraid to tell us when there were points she considered we should drop, and we had a lot of trust in her judgment. Harry was professional and responsive throughout, and his emphasis was always on quality buyers rather than numbers through the door. This transaction was not at all straightforward, and the Nested team coped with the complexities (and personalities) involved admirably.

Selling and buying in 2021 presented it's own set of challenges and I was definitely nervous about the whole process. From the moment Jen visited my property to provide a valuation, she put me at ease and I felt confident marketing my property with Nested. Their knowledge and understanding of the market is second to none and they provide comparisons with other properties in the area via their very modern app and website. This attention to detail and personalised advise continued throughout the process, from marketing my property to buying my next flat, where Emily was a huge superstar. Her patience never dwindled as I made offer after offer until I found the perfect onwards purchase for me. She was there to answer all of my questions (of which there were many!) and advise on how to put my offer forward, what questions to ask and what I should reasonably be expecting to pay. Having her on my side through this process was invaluable and she was always available to put my mind at ease whenever I was second guessing myself or needed an expert opinion (which she definitely is). I don't usually leave reviews but the Nested team really deserve to be distinguished from other estate agents on the market and deserve a 5* rating for their wholehearted approach and personal touch.

Nested were fantastic for us. We worked with Jamie, Chris and Ashley on getting under offer, and Leah to progress the sale. All were super helpful, friendly and proactive throughout. Chris even offered to clean our windows as he thought they were looking a bit grubby and we weren’t living in the property at that time! Emily was our buying agent and an absolute superstar throughout, helping us secure the property after a lot of back and forth, and then advising us on how to approach a worrying survey. She was always on the end of the phone and would also call us to check in. They all went above and beyond and were a million times better than the agent we bought through and most of the others I’ve met! The only shame is that we only had one offer which was significantly under asking price, even once we’d dropped it, and took a few months to secure.

We only have good things to say about Nested (Islington team), and highly recommend it for anyone looking to sell/buy a new propertyy in this area. Our sale went really smoothly (from first viewing to offer accepted in about two weeks!) and Jamie was very helpful in answering questions we had during the process. He was also very helpful in guiding us during the intial stages of the purchase of our new place. The online system to manage viewings etc works really well, and you can easily update you availablilty etc. Another nice feature is that you get feedback from the viewings, both from the agent and the clients, and allows you to address anything specific for future visits. We want to make a particular mention to Emily Askham, the buying agent, who guided us through the purchase of our new property. She provided expert advice on the different properties that we were interested in, and once we decided to make an offer, she helped us throughout the whole process. Once the offer was accepted, Emily was also always happy to have a chat to advice us with the different aspects of getting to completion. Thanks so much Emily!

The team at Nested made the sale of our flat so easy in challenging market (and Covid) circumstances. The process was explained clearly with no hard sell and we felt that Nested's data-driven model was a real bonus versus traditional agents. Everything just worked well from great communications with all team members, to the app where you can keep track of interest, viewings and offers. The photography stood out above other agents too, and showcased the flat beautifully. Thanks to Charley who managed to get our asking price offer to a lovely new owner after just three viewings and only a handful of days on the market! And to Leah who kept the sale process moving so smoothly. Finally huge thanks to the patient and delightful Emily, our Nested buying agent, who was always there to support and provide sage advice right through our lengthly purchase process, helping us navigate emotional decisions with an impartial approach. Her property analysis helped us understand the market and judge property prices and potential offer values in what was a hot and fast-moving market. This part of the Nested service sets them apart from other agents and really added value for us. I've always found estate agents to be a necessary evil - tolerated but never offering anything stand-out. Nested totally changed my mind, we would definitely recommend them and hope to use Nested next time we move!

Everyone who sells a place should do it with Nested. They looked at all the usual things everyone hates about agents and estate agencies and redrew the rulebook . No more random agents coming out who don't know your place or your needs - you have a dedicated agent for the whole process who knows you and your place back to front - thank you amazing Chris. Where else but Nested would you have a whatsapp group with your agent! The Nested site set up is fantastic- you get your own dedicated area for you and your place where you can see enquiries, how many people are looking at the property online , the likelihood of selling , info on the market and similar properties nearby , offers, and all your upcoming and past viewings- including info on the buyers and feedback after the viewing every time - positive and negative which is incredibly useful. I never had to chase Chris to find out how something went- he always phoned and then put everything up on our section of the site for the record. Other Agents take note! And then they vet the potential buyers for mortgage in principal, how the place will fit them and their buying position. No more time wasters looking round. And then when you have a sale - no more ignoring you when you have an offer - when they get you a sale they have a dedicated person looking after the whole process from offer acceptance to negotiations to exchange to completion and liaising with all the agents , solicitors and other parties - thank you tenacious Nicole . And if you don't have them already they will suggest good surveyors and solicitors- both the ones we used through them were fabulous. And then, and this is really special, they are the only agent i have met who helps with the onward - which can actually save you lots of money ( tens of thousands potentially) as they have yet another dedicated person who will do you house reports , suggest offer strategies and even suggest wording for emails or negotiations ( better than you ever could) if you are in tricky situations - thank you wonderful Emily. It does not mean everything will be plain sailing. You might put your flat on the market just as the country locks down for instance! ( we did) and of course you are still likely to have all sorts of other issues which are innate with buying and selling - but importantly even on the darkest days your Nested team will be there phoning, texting , whatsapping and supporting you all the way . It sounds like I am gushing. But they really are that good.

Our previous experiences with estate agents haven't always been positive, so I'm really pleased to say that Nested were absolutely fantastic. We were made to feel like we mattered (whereas in the past we were just another property to sell), were highly professional and kept us fully updated with clear and prompt communication. And importantly we were able to sell our property at a time of high Brexit uncertainty. I just wish we hadn't wasted time with other agents and had come to Nested first! I highly recommend them!

We listed our flat for sale with Nested and had nothing but positive experiences from the get-go. Where other agents came across as condescending or disinterested in discussing any details, the Nested valuation process was clear - presenting us with three pricing strategies and rationale for going with them. Following that, having pictures taken and a virtual tour put together was arranged quickly - we were listed with no problem at all. Viewings went well and the dashboard that we were provided with meant that it was actually easy to keep track of what was going on. The additional services of a Buying Agent and Conveyancing Progressor saved a lot of headaches, giving us a wealth of information on how to approach our onward purchase and interactions with legal aspects. Unfortunately, our buyer pulled out at the eleventh hour in a move that was wildly unpredictable (so I lay no blame on Nested), so we're now taking a slightly different approach with our move. However, when I look to sell again it will undoubtedly be through Nested. Special mention to Chris, Emily and Becci for all the work they did and for generally being professional, personable and friendly people.

Very mixed feelings with Nested. Firstly its a great to see a company trying to break the mold of traditional estate agents, with a advance system which has the potentially to change the house buying market, however a lot of aspects let them down. I don't think i would have been able to purchase my new property without the advance from Nested, which is the only reason i am providing the 3 stars. The seller wanted a cash buyer ideally, and with Nested's advance we were able to offer that. However, bear in mind the due diligence for the advance they undertake does take some time and our seller was getting very frustrated with us missing deadlines for exchange, but we got there in the end. I have noticed that the maximum interest rates that Nested charge for the advance has more than doubled, and i don't think i would have been able to utilise the advance at that cost. Everything else with my sale and purchase was stressful and would make me avoid using Nested again in the future. They were so wrong with the valuation of the property, we ended up selling the old property for 25% less than the original valuation. I do appreciate some of the market situation, although the flat was valued right in the middle of Brexit uncertainty, but this had to be revised fairly soon after as they failed to get any viewings, the market then saw an uplift in property sales once the Brexit exit was agreed yet i had to drop the price again as Nested continued to fail to get a single viewing into the property. It wasn't until we dropped the price by 20% that Nested got the first viewing in, just before the coronavirus hit the market. I kept being told that a property is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it, but if they are so wrong with the valuation that you create a fire sale with the pricing you make it look like there is something significantly wrong with the property. Further, communication was terrible at times, both myself and the seller of the property i was buying noticed on numerous times that Nested screen calls. You can call on a different number or withheld number straight after an ignored call and it would get answered straight away. This is unprofessional behaviour. Some staff are rude and dismissive or queries, with one member of staff laughing at a concern I raised. I was also passed around team members, and i never truly knew who my point of contact was at Nested, i had a contact in charge of valuation, one for marketing, one for showings, one for my onward purchase and these changed over the months. I wanted to be able to call up and speak to one person to get an update not be told that who i was speaking to had to go discuss the case with 3/4 other team members to provide an update. Unfortunately it seems that they have a set up a business with a great idea, but it is a tech start-up that fails to have agents that are able to value and market a property which in turn means you get significantly less than what they originally marketed the property for. It seems like the majority of the staff were inexperienced. As i started with, i would not have secured my onward purchase without the advance, but with the increased interest fees and the sale and purchase process i went through i would avoid using them again.

We sold our property through Nested. They managed the whole process really effectively and efficiently. All the people we dealt with were extremely professional and were focused on supporting the completion of the sale. We didn't end up needing to use the Nested Advance for our purchase because Nested did such a good job of pushing the sale through once an offer had been accepted. We'd happily use Nested again and would recommend them if you're looking to sell your property. The team at Nested were brilliant and there aren't many estate agents that can live up to that promise!

My wife and I worked with Nested to sell our property in South London and the whole team were first-class from start to finish. I would recommend them without hesitation even if you aren't considering their cash advance model. There are always bumps along the way when selling a property - we had our fair share, all of which were beyond our control (or Nested's). Well Nested how can we thank you enough? We put our property on the market with Nested after failing to secure a sale in Spring 2017with local agents. The team at Nested were very engaging and helpful throughout and always remained positive, upbeat and proactive. We recently purchased a house being sold by Nested and were really impressed with the way the sale was handled. We were at the bottom of a chain and our survey threw up issues which required further (difficult) negotiations. At all times Nicole kept us updated, handled the negotiations and did her upmost to keep the sale on track and move the purchase forward. Although obviously being clear about the fact the seller was her client, Nicole worked hard to find solutions and keep the sale moving. We were really impressed with her communication, always being updated about the situation and felt that we could call with any issues. Having a dedicated person to move the transaction to exchange and completion was really helpful and Nicole’s handling of the chain (from top to bottom) definitely made a huge difference in getting our completion and exchange across the line. When there were some issues with how the seller had left the property on completion day Nested had offered to pay for professional cleaning before we had even seen it. We feel we were very lucky that Nested were the selling agents or we have no doubt the process would have been far more stressful and long winded. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nested.

Nested is by far the best company I have dealt with for selling and buying property. They are absolutely amazing at what they do! I have bought and sold several properties in the U.K. previously, and each time it has been a painful and tedious process, so using Nested has been a refreshing experience as they were super efficient, adaptable, diligent, honest and professional. Big thank you to Becci and Joshua from the sales progression team! After two failed attempts to sell our home through a local agent, Keatons, we decided to change agents and go with Nested. Overall we were very happy with the result as not only did they manage to get us a better offer, they also kept everything on track during the COVID-19 crisis and even with the lockdown measures in place we still managed to complete in just under 3 months from the time of the offer. If there was one point for improvement then I would say that they could be better organised in terms of arranging the viewings. Each day the portal will show you how many enquiries came in for your property and initially we were a little disappointed with their reaction speed and converting these into viewings. Anyway, in the end they found us a great buyer so we were very happy with the final result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them over any high street agent.

After a catalogue of disasters, including one set of buyers splitting up and another buyer from hell who dissapeared just before exchange, we switched to Nested in January. With their model we managed to move into our new house a week before the birth of our second child in April. Despite a few niggles along the way, the Nested team were always quick to respond and we always felt that the customer care and support was far superior to that of any of the estate agents we had experienced in the previous year. Nested has an amazing business model which I have no doubt, will be the estate agents of the future. Our move was not the easiest, requiring the sale of 2 flats in London in order to purchase our dream house in Bath - there were complications along the way including managing garden sub lease extensions, missing building regulation sign off of an removed internal wall and tight deadlines. Some of the issues Nested had not come across before but they were extremely accommodating and flexible. In the end, we only required the Nested guarantee on 1 of our flats. The Nested Model worked for us” I’ve been aware of Nested for a couple of years – their model is disrupting the norm, and it certainly enabled us to buy our dream home. We decided at the end of 2017 to move out of our two-bed flat in Clapham South and move to the Home Counties. So, we went looking for our dream house, which my wife found rather quickly. (let’s not lie she had been looking for months). We listed our flat with Nested at the start of Jan – and were keen to do things as fast as possible so we were “Chain Free”. This is the optimal position when negotiating IMHO. Having found our dream house, we did need to move sharp, as there were other offers on our dream home, the only difference being they were all in a chain. After about 4 weeks of having our flat listed we had received lots of interest and a few offers, but they were all a little lower than our expectation. We held firm and after about 6 weeks we got an offer which we were ok with and accepted. In less than 2 hours that buyer dropped out, but fortunately we managed to get in touch with the other interested candidate and we accepted their offer… and we went in to the process. Knowing that we had two interested parties and two offers, we offered on our dream house and it was accepted so entered the process of buying the house. However, it wasn’t all rosy, after two weeks, our second buyer dropped out – as she couldn’t get a mortgage having lived outside of the UK for more than 2 years. We needed to get another buyer ASAP as we were 3-4 weeks into the process of moving to our dream house,so we decided we would use the Nested Guarantee. This ensured we could move to our dream house, as we could draw down 95% of the valuation Nested gave on our flat and allow us to continue with the sale, while Nested continued to find a buyer for our flat. We soon had another buyer but the process dragged because of a legal firm he was using based out of Leeds with an awful T&C/SLA. If you are a seller or a buyer looking at buying from Nested I would strongly consider using their panel of Solicitors (It’s all a set fee in most firms anyway). We used Moore Blatch – who acted quickly and efficiently. The Nested model is about speed and this worked for us when buying and was a smooth process. The sale was longer and tougher emotionally because of the time it took due to the buyer’s lawyers however with Nested we were in good, safe hands and they guided the process to the end and at the end of June we handed over the keys and the case was closed! Nothing other than the Nested model would have allowed us to be living where we are. I’m sure the other interested parties in our house would have sold their own and beat us to it, but drawing down the Nested guarantee allowed us to become chain free and got us in front of our competition! While we handed over keys to the guy who bought our flat at the end of June, we were able to move out in April, when we exchanged on our dream house. The team at Nested worked hard on this sale and stuck with it.
