g. i.As a private landlord I was showing my flat, and I've never used an agency before, but Innocent was very easy to work with. Helped out with a few things outside of just the viewings, and was successful in finding tenants. If you explain what you want/who you're looking for, Innocent will undoubtedly help.
R. S.☀️🏆I’ve just used Northbridge to find a tenant for one of my buy-to-lets. They are excellent. The flat was filled quite literally within three weeks. My previous tenant wanted to move out a bit early, and the tenant they found was happy to move in a bit sooner, so it all worked out really well.
Seriously impressed by their attitude towards helping. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even despite some of my ridiculous questions!😃
They were in touch with me through email every step of the way, and also WhatsApp - which I often find easier when I’m on the move. Would totally recommend these guys.
They did all the referencing, the holding deposit, and the inventory, in great detail I hasten to add.
