I have been renting with Oliver Burn for the last 12 months. Having rented with numerous lettings agencies in London over the last 10 years Oliver Burn are far and above the rest. The only lettings agency I've come away with a positive experience. They always communicated well and tried to sort any issues with our flat as quickly as possible. And to top off they are the first letting agency to be completely fair and reasonable at the check out and not try to extract every penny they can from our deposit. Having had terrible experiences with Black Katz, Ludlow and Thompson to name a few, I'd highly recommend them. Nice to leave London and finally have a positive experience with renting! Thank you

We have just bought our first property and found the whole process so simple and easy with no stress while dealing with Oliver Burn and more importantly the estate agent Nick Webb. He was a pleasure to deal with, took all the stress and strain out of it and just a great guy. Now living around the corner from the office it's a delight to bump into Nick and his four legged assistant Mabel. Would highly recommend using Nick and Oliver Burn.

When we decided to sell our house after more than 46 years it seemed a daunting task. However, it turned out an easy passage under the guidance of Oliver Burn, Estate Agents. We landed with them by sheer coincidence. Trying to load a baby cot into our car, a very friendly young man came along to offer help. It was the same helpful man, Tim Clarke-Payton, whom we shortly afterwards discovered in Oliver Burn’s office. He and his very able team - another Tim and Theresa - gave us consistently good advice and answered all the question we had. They handled brilliantly the task of taking prospective buyers around our property without much interference to our daily life. We could not have been in better hands and can highly recommend them.

They are always quick and clear in their replies (both during the contract phase and now we're renting) and the few ocassions where we've had an issue with the flat (mostly plumbing) they were solved in the same day.
