After I sent a request of deposit refund back, although it took 2 - 3 weeks for agent to deal with it. However, the agent still kept their promise in sending the deposit back to me, and during the communication, he admitted there was a miscommunication between both parties and sincerely apologised. I did appreciate his subsequent and quick responses, which ends up giving him the positive feedback he deserves. At least, the agent will not disappear or ignore the messages from tenants, but takes responsibility for what he could compensate for.

I've been very impressed with Olympia Properties. Handed them my flat 3 years ago on a fully managed guaranteed rent deal, they find tenants, collect rent, handle repairs, 100% everything. In the 3 years they only called once, and that was to help me stay compliant with new rules in Tower Hamlets (I needed a landlords license due to the location). This has really impressed me, I don't have the time to be dealing with issues in the flat. I did a property inspection recently and the flat was in great shape. They gave me an update on what's been happening, they'd raised a couple of points with the building management company about communal areas, had a boiler call out, installed a carbon monoxide tester, handled a change in tenants. All done with no charge to me. And importantly, rent has turned up on time, every time, 36 months in a row. Compared notes with other BTL landlords I know. Without doubt I've got the best deal in terms of finances and service. The really big difference is there are no hidden fees with Olympia, other places often find reasons to make deductions from rent. Olympia handle much more themselves, they really care about avoiding unexpected bills and it shows. There's a famous book called Rich Dad, Poor Dad. The author made a lot of money in property investing, his advice... "Pick your property manager first, and your property second".

Shah Fahi was very friendly and helpful with finding a room near my university. Even before I came to London I was able to arrange a room, that was really nice. Great customer service, always very helpful whatever the problem may be! When we moved in we were still setting up bank accounts/getting jobs etc. We all found them very understanding and helpful of our situation. When our shower stopped working, the problem was solved within a day! Not after your money like many other agencies are, we got our full deposit back, and when we had to move out earlier than planned they were kind enough to not charge us for however many days we had been late with rent (in total about £60!!!). Highly recommended, very trustworthy in every way :)

Everyone there is kind and helpful, but I should mention Shah Fahim: the first person I got in contact with at the Agency and who has always helped me ever since. My flat is on Brick Lane, a great, central and vibrant location, and I must say it is very difficult to find a cheaper rent around this area. I needed an affordable room in a nice neighborhood and environment and it was just what I got when I went to Olympia Properties! Before I went to this agency, I had went to two other places to view properties, but either 1. the apartment were not fitting to my requirements or 2. the agent gave me pressure in getting the flat as soon as possible with an attitude so I did not rent from either one. When I got to Olympia Properties, I was greeted by Faruq, who was the most comfortable agent I've met. He was super friendly, laid back but still very hardworking. He showed me two excellent rooms all matching my criteria and after viewing the second room, I immediately knew that I was going to take it. After staying for one month, I wanted to go live for a friend in her apartment, so I needed to end the contract that I was in. I thought it was going to be a painful process but Faruq gave me all the information and details on how to do it and it was done quickly in a few days! He was very helpful in all areas I needed help on and I was quite thankful. One thing that was still unresolved would be the deposit that I am supposed to get back. It is probably not the fault of the agency, but the fault of the DPS (deposit protection service) that it has been weeks and I still haven't received an email that I could collect my deposit. So I am coming in to Olympia today to get it sorted. Besides that, overall, I had a wonderful experience at Olympia and would recommend you to go look for Faruq if you are looking for a property! priscilla

Although the agents (especially Faruq) are always very very nice, the quality of the repair services is poor. We were left with a broken door for several months, and whenever the toilet pipes burst we couldn’t use our own bathroom for days at a time. In addition, poorly done repairs and unfinished sections of the flat meant that there were cold drafts or constant breakages. Lack of communication and urgency in repairs caused me much discomfort as I frequently had to ask about when repairs would be completed. Please, if you improve the quality of your services and your response rates, this would be a standout agency in London.

My Name is Max and I'm 19 years old. I found the advertisement of my flat on spareroom. Via this website I get in touch with them and I made an appointment for viewing the property. I was giving them a call and the next day I get an appointment, which is really fast! I really liked the property so I decided immediately to take it. I was able to move in the same evening. When I moved in I had an issue, because over my door there is a window and if ones is turning on the light in the kitchen it's quietly bright in my room. So the day after I gave Fariq a call and was telling him about this problem and just after a few hours are passed a guy came to fix it. The price for my rent is more than fair, especially if you know that my property is located in Zone 1 near to the tube station Aldgate East, where the District line and the Hammersmith and City line are running. Even the tube station Whitechapel is very close where the Overground is running as well. Also the connection in the night is very good, because I started to work at 6am so I was forced to take the night buses. A lot of buses are running here in the direction of Trafalgar Square, where my work was located. So all in all the location was perfect for me. Once I had a problem as well with the pipe of the toilet because it was blocked and it was a sunday. So in my desperation I was giving Fariq a call and was telling him about the desaster. He told me not to be worried, because he has a guy on stand by so it's not a big deal. After a few hours the guy came to fix the blocked pipe. Even on a sunday the property is going to help you if you got a problem, which is a prove for their reliabilty. All in all I can say that I had a really nice property and an amazing service from my agency and I'm very sad that I'm leaving soon. I have no hesitation in recommending Olympia Properties. One thing is for sure: If I will come one more time to London to live here I will definately use Olympia Properties again to get a flatshare. Regards Maximilian
