We moved house from Malaysia to the UK to start new jobs, and the property that we chose to rent was advertised through Outlook Property. We have been very satisfied with their services. We were able to view the property remotely from abroad, which was very important, since we were unable to visit beforehand. Vasco and the other members of the team were also very accommodating in allowing us to order some essential items directly to their office, so that when we arrived (under home quarantine) we would be comfortable. Overall, the staff at Outlook were very responsive and helpful, and we would not hesitate to use their services again!

Absolutely great and friendly service from Gergana. From the beginning she helped me with everything from easy scheduling of flat viewing to helping me coordinating the keys handover when moving in. James who did my paperwork also very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend this estate agent, most are very nonchalant and they are not as friendly. Most gave up on me since I'm an international student, but Outlook Walthamstow is amazing and thanks to them I have a place to call home! Thank you for all your help. Kudos to the team!

Good landlords require good tenants, who have been thoroughly assessed and made aware of the rental requirements. Having property in Walthamstow for nearly 50 years; I have used Outlook for many years because they satisfy this requirement, and maintain a well managed office.
