When either routine maintenance or emergency repairs are required you can rely on the to arrange professional tradesmen to get the work done quickly, efficiently and at a good price.

They are very clear about the segment of the market they specialise in and were able to get us asking price for our property with only one viewing. All this while in the middle of the 2020 pandemic and after the initial stamp duty holiday buying frenzy.
We spoke to two other agents and were starting to doubt if there was a demand for our flat. Paramount, however, let us set the listing price, worked with us on the photos and presentation and were willing to push to find the right buyers to get us asking price, while others weren’t. They are decent folk who speak to you like a normal human being. And they were responsive and helpful every step of the way. They were instrumental at the end of the process in getting an exchange and completion date locked in, after three months of persisting with a particularly tricky solicitor who represented our buyer.
Leighton and Robert at Paramount were particularly outstanding people to work with. Leighton worked tirelessly right up until completion and even afterwards to ensure all parties were 100% happy.

L.I noticed immediately that Paramount was “different” to other agents when I started looking on right move - at first I found it a little strange but quickly realised that it was amazing to hear what a current or previous resident loved about a property and what they would change, and started hoping that Paramount was the agent when I saw a property I liked!
Lionel Stoll helped me with a difficult purchase that took just under a year from start to finish. He always made it clear that he was more interested in trying to help me get my dream home than earn any commission and I will always be grateful for that.
C. S.I started renting out my flat at the start of Sep 21, with a popular high street estate agents signed up to manage it. I had problems with that team from day 1. Within a month, I was so stressed that I needed to sack them and find new agents - mid tenancy!
I looked around, and contacted a couple of agents with good Google reviews. I found Paramount to be the most responsive and to the point. I chose them after an initial discussion, and I'm really glad that I did.
So far, I have worked specifically with Tash and Mehun, and I have been really impressed with their professionalism, and what to me is a genuine caring for the work and the people they deal with.
They have even visited the property already, and sent me a video of their visit - so even if I'm not there during the visit, I can see what they have seen on video.
There has only been one problem for them to deal with so far - a hot water failure which was later found to be due to air pockets in the immersion heating system. I was really happy with how they handled this situation. First, before incurring costs, they did some trouble-shooting with the tenants to make sure it's not just some settings placed incorrectly. When that didn't work, they asked my clearance to send in a plumber, which they did immediately after I agreed. Within about 2 days, the problem was solved, and my bill was £100 including VAT.
My tenants love them too. There's a whatsapp group between the tenants and the designated manager (I'm not in that group but I've heard about it). This keeps them in touch and they can deal with things as they occur.
I'm keeping fingers crossed for no further issues, but I don't feel worried that Tash or Paramount Properties will let me down.
I hope this review is helpful for someone out there trying to decide between agents.
L.Am renting a property through Paramount and I have never had such a positive experience with a letting agent that is not only transparent, communicative, and helpful; but that also goes above and beyond for the tenant (from the Just Move In complentary service for setting up with new providers, to the Paramount retailer discount benefits account, to a QR code in the flat to easily report any problems).

I am a student who was looking to rent a property with my friend for the upcoming new term to begin in September. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, I decided to leave the UK and return to my own country which made house hunting all the more difficult. Throughout my 2-3 months looking for a place to stay I have been met with lesser than helpful agents from companies I thought would be good based on their name and high customer count. However, not being in the country and only being able to be contacted via email made things very clear to me on how certain agencies were less than useful and were not prepared to sell houses thru the pandemic.
1)I first faced issues such as poor communication, not being able to speak to someone directly sure was frustrating especially when they don’t respond to your emails.
2)Even if I weren’t overseas, I would still not want to leave my house during this difficult time and would love it if they had provided a virtual option for those who wanted to view it online.
3)With such a difficult time upon us, money is definitely a sensitive topic but no one wants to be scammed
With all these being said, I never expected to have the amazing service that I received from my agent Oliver. First and formost, I would like to commend paramount for having by far the most impressive viewing page of any house i have ever seen. From all the pictures they provided(which includes the floor plan) to the video tour showing you exactly what the house is like was just great for someone wanting to know everything about thw house without being able to view it in person. {NOTE: Maybe you guys can work on your description as it was decent but nothing great} In addition to their amazing website, Oliver was just a great guy and an amazing agent. I have counted and have had a total of 70 emails with him, and I have to commend him for replying to each and every single one of them super promptly. (No body likes waiting, especially something like this where you are in a way paid for your excellent survice) Oliver was always super professional, answered all my questions with great detail and the best part replied me either immediately or so fast that I was never waiting for a response. Oliver and his colleagues such as Andrew and Madlen also provided me with excellent support throughout this process.
Even though, after I signed my contract I would a similar property to mine in the same building and floor for a cheaper price, I never once felt like I was scammed as by just looking at the huge difference in marketing, you wouldn’t even know it was the same property. All in all, to both landlords and tenants, Paramount Properties is one of the best agencies I have ever dealt with and by a huge margin mind you.
I cannot speak for how my tenancy will be during my 2 year stay with them but I guess youll hear about it in my next review.

The staff were responsive (in particular, replying to emails late at night and throughout the weekend), the property was let quickly and they secured good tenants. We were especially impressed with the service provided by James and Spencer.
Paramount didn't manage to secure as high a rent as they originally claimed they could, however, all in all, it was a good experience and we'd happily use them again/recommend them to others.

I'm certain this is because it was marketed at the right price and to the right market. Paramount provided an outstanding service to me, and as my neighbour bought his property through them, I know they do the same for buyers. I can't rate Paramount highly enough and highly recommend them to both buyers and sellers. They made my sale smooth and easy, and ensured everything was on track once I'd accepted the offer. Perhaps the most notable point is that they were always honest and never overwhelmed me with constant calls once they'd valued my property, which every other agent I've dealt with has done. And while other agents I've dealt with tend to boast about their services and ability to sell properties, but so often fail to deliver (which was my experience prior to appointing Paramount), Paramount takes a levelled approach and achieved a fast and smooth sale for me in miminal time.
