Dianne renewed my faith in estate agents. After several miserable encounters, when finally meeting Dianne on our flat search, it was just brilliant. Helpful, responsive, helping to push the purchase through, nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend the team at Park Estates but Dianne in particular. I rented my last flat through Park Estates and my experience with them was wonderful! Someone commented below that they renewed their faith in real estate agents, and I would agree with that :)! They operate on principle of simplicity and trust, which I very much appreciated. Dianne and Noura really gave their best to make the whole process very easy and without complications, from the first meeting, throughout contract negotiations, check in and check out, they really gave their best to find a solution that is great for both, the tenant and the owner. I had a few problems with some electrical appliances in the house, issues were solved within hours and with zero complications, I got brand new appliances delivered at my door! I was very much impressed by this. My deposit was returned quickly and with no issues. On top of it all, both Dianne and Noura are just wonderful to work with, positive and helpful. This is a local family-run business that is part of the neighborhood. They are very responsive, professional and pragmatic. Park Estates is the opposite of the impersonal big real estate agents chains that are everywhere in Central London. They know their properties inside out and their clients personally.
