If it had not been for Paul Simon I would probably now be certified insane. They helped me buy a house in the neighbourhood in 2013, and they were the natural choice to sell it again earlier this year. They made a difficult process easy. But more recently, I have been through a supremely challenging purchasing process in the Harringay Ladder, and it is a miracle I have maintained my sanity intact. It is very much down to Richard, Abdul and their colleagues helping me, supporting me and being deeply sympathetic to my plight, through all the diabolical twists and turns, that I in fact remain sane, and have happily completed on my purchase. An excellent local estate agency, with true knowledge of the market, and oodles of valuable experience and wisdom.

From discussing the process to calling regularly with updates, it felt that the sale of our house mattered to them and they wanted to find the right buyer by our criteria. Who would have thought an estate agent would make a difference! We had our house for sale with one of the high streets big names, they advertised on Rightmove and Zoopla, we had quite a few viewings but no offers and then it went extremely quiet. With out Paul Simon incredible input to hold the sale together, the purchase of in house would not have happened. They were just brilliant!
