Very surprised to read such negative views about Peach and honestly have to question the authenticity of them. Perhaps a case of ex-members of staff and sour grapes. I am a whole of market mortgage broker and among the makeup of my client bank are new and existing landlords. When a property I am dealing with comes within Peach's encatchment area, I recommend the landlords engage Peach without a moments hesitation. I have been recommending the services of Peach, from lettings to sales for a number of years now and I can honestly say hand on heart the feedback from clients has been nothing but positive, which is why I have the confidence to continue recommending them. The estate and lettings industry has a bit of a bad reputation, but I can honestly say Peach break the mould and can hold their head up high as they are friendly, honest and conduct themselves with great integrity. I would also like to take this opportunity to reply to one comment that was left by an individual regarding an 'Offshore company'. I was offering him the opportunity to legally and robustly make a 40% net saving on his Stamp Duty. The scheme is completely legal (used by the Labour Party in 2006), is fully insured and in no way was I forceful or 'salesy or pushy' for him to use the scheme, I simply explained to the client his options which I am sure no other mortgage broker would have offered him. Had he wished to use the traditional conveyancing method, I would have been completely fine with that as I understand it is not for everyone, instead the client simply disappeared off the radar. All in all, I am a firm believer that people buy people, and if you are reading this review in which there is a 50/50 split between positive and negative reviews, why don't you just pop in and have a chat to them and make up your own mind, I am sure once you get to know them you will realise that they are a great bunch to work with.
