I have worked with many different real estate agencies in London but I must admit Pearl & Coutts are by far the best. They are very friendly, their rates are very fair, the flats they offer are incredibly well located, in good condition and at very fair prices too. Whenever there has been any issue of any kind, more often than not it was dealt with great professionalism and care within 24/72 hours depending on the urgency. I would highly recommend them.

I have rented 2 flats from P&C for 4+ years in East London. The flats were particularly well maintained, because the company is very diligent in fixing the small issues. For example, we had our boiler, washing machine and dishwasher changed. Every time this was fixed within a few days of reporting the issues. The staff is not only responsive but also very friendly. I would definitely recommend their service.

Really professional letting agency. I have been with them for so many years and they have never disappointed me. The best estate agency I have dealt with since I moved to London. The entire commercial team (Dorian, Angela & Hannah), and particularly Dorian Black, were very assistive from the very beginning of our collaboration. Extremely prompt in his responses, polite, friendly, flexible and into the point in every case I reached out to him requiring his assistance (needless to say that every matter was resolved on time and to my liking). I would definitely recommend talking them up on an offer for a place to live.

Lived in a P&C managed flat for two years, and they've always been very responsive with fixing things, like shower, washing machine, fridge and damp. Particularly the latter was a very positive experience where the issue got permanently solved (rare thing for London!). Also on it regarding safety checks etc. Staff are friendly and helpful and always respond to emails and phone calls.

I rented a small studio flat from Pearl and Coutts for the last 2 years and I was extremely happy the majority of the time... They managed the issues I had with the property quickly and professionally. Darren was my go to guy for any problems or questions I had and I think he was wonderful. I was sad that I had to leave the property due to reasons out of my own control but I believe I would have been happy there and would have been happy to stay there. My rent was more than fair, Neighbors where brilliant, all in all my experience with Darren and the rest of the P&C team was a dream. I would recommend them to anybody looking to rent.

Fair friendly Service - would highly recommend !!! I have been renting through Pearl & Coutts in Primrose Hill for just under 2 years and I couldn't have been happier with the friendly competent service. Like any most rental properties there will more than likely be issues from time to time which need ironing out. When asked, Angela Khazna has been fair, friendly and prompt. As well, during this past year I went through an unexpected career change and Ang was there once again to help me work through the leaner months. P&C really understand people and more importantly that life isn't always as predictable as we hope.
