We've been tenants with Penny & Lisa for the past 5 years and I have to say that their services have always been very professional, speedy and reliable. Whenever there was an issue with the property, the team has always resolve them as quickly as possible, without unnecessary delays. I can wholeheartedly recommend Penny & Lisa to both landlords (as I know from a tenant's perspective they do look after the property) and tenants (they've always been responsive when issues arose). Thanks to the whole team for looking after us over the past 5 years. It's been a pleasure.

I rented an apartment from that agency for 18 months. Then I received a notice that the landlady is moving back to London and she needs her property for her family. Bad experience.... But that was because of a Misunderstanding. Make sure you know that they charge renewal Fees BEFORE you sign anything. However other than that, I found them really good.
