PG Estates have been the most efficient agents I have dealt with. They are reliable and confident when arranging to rent a property. PG Estates has managed it as a rental property every since, first as a one-man neighbourhood operation and now as a fully-digitized multi-location organization with many people taking care of many properties. The heart of their service remains the same. I have always relied on their sound advice, local knowledge and ability to take into consideration both a landlord's and tenants' needs and requirements to create a smooth and well-run ongoing relationship. As an 'absentee' landlady, I appreciate the visual impact of good photographs and open communication, and attention to all the myriad details that I could not attend to myself. They are prompt, well-organized and trustworthy. I do not like the 'star' system, so I have given 4/5 to ensure that nobody rests on their considerable laurels.

I can honestly say this is the best experience I've encountered with an estate agent and that's due to one man: the joyous force of nature that is Arnaldo. Our search for a house was somewhat difficult and protracted, with a couple of unforeseeable events causing things to fall through. Rather painfully so. The one constant reassuring presence throughout this was Arnaldo who understood immediately what we were looking for and went above and beyond to make things happen for us. He would make sure he got us in first to anything he figured we'd like and delivered any required admin straight away. He had the perfect combination of empathy, efficiency and hustle you need in an estate agent. And he's a top guy to boot with a first rate emoji/gif game, ha!
