Great agency! They collected my keys after an investment purchase in Sheffield; marketed the property and found excellent tenants within 3 days. The tenants moved in just a week after they were found and paid 6 months rent in advance which really helped out. They conducted a thorough check in inventory and arranged the tenancy seamlessly - I really couldn't fault them.

The team at PK Sales & Lettings helped get me and my partner moved in quite quickly after the lockdown restrictions were loosened. On the day of the TA signing, we were greeted by Pauline and had all our questions answered. That same day, she conducted a detailed inventory and chased up the gas safety certification, so that our move was as smooth as the situation allowed. Granted, our original move-in date was the beginning of April, so our move ended up being pushed back by about 6 weeks due to disruptions to normal service. If the agency had been more responsive and proactive about contacting prospective tenants about ongoing developments (especially with several months' rent paid in advance), then they would have earned a 5 star rating.
