I was a tenant in a studio managed by POD Lettings and found them to be hands-on in regulating the tenancy, keeping up the cleaning of communal areas and in maintaining fire safety and other aspects. There is no worry about having an absentee landlord who never does any repairs because they are always on the job. Tenants in my building all seemed to respect the property and their neighbours. I would certainly recommend them as offering decent accommodation, well-situated for work or recreation and good value for money in London.

This was my first experience using a letting agent and I was incredibly impressed with POD Lettings. Aldo and Charlie were friendly, responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. There were two issues that came up through my tenancy and they dealt with them immediately, one of which was out of hours.
