We are renting our flat through Portland agents. I have to be honest, I have been very against dealing with agent managed properties because of bad experiences in the past but everyone we've dealt with here has been great. From the agents who showed us the flat to those who are managing the flat - it's been great. Dani has been our main point of contact and she's been extremely helpful in all matters, making sure we're comfortable as well as the landlord. We don't have the need to contact landlord and she's been dealing with our issues quite quickly. In the past, we've faced issues with agencies not caring after contracts are signed but I have not seen that here at all. I would 100% recommend this agency.

The service we received Portland was great. Despite 2 out of 3 of us being on holiday, It was straight forward and painless to get all the paperwork sorted and the checks complete. Even though it was the Landlords preference to meet us, it was organised well by Portland.
