very good service from Srdjan and the rest of the team except for Charla Dilan who was extremely rude when it came to signing the tenancy agreement, just because i needed a confirmation from my lawyer. Being rude to the customer/client is absolutely unacceptable.

I would recommend Julian from Prime Metro 100%. From start to finish he was attentive, had that "can do" attitude. He never once made us feel as if we were asking too much or too many questions. He was always just a phone call or a visit away. What did out was Julian's outstanding manners and courteous and respectful attitude. Our house sold within 2 days of placing our home in the hands of Prime Metro. The whole "journey" from she to move took us months longer than expected but throughout all the stress he was there every step of the way. If you wanted to call him just for reassurance he was there. You had the impression that it money want sorry this young man's motivation but he really cared and out himself in the shoes of his client. If l had a business l would be happy to employ him as my representative. From his well manicured appearance to the in-depth knowledge he has in his field, he be is truly an asset to Prime Metro Properties. My husband and l are really happy in the home we've purchases with the aid of Julian and honestly feel we could not have made the journey without him. There were many times we wanted to give us because of some of the red tape associated but Julian would always be on hand. As a result we recommend friends to Julian and they reported back to us how impressed they were with his courteous manner and the speed in which their property was sold. We will continue to highly recommend Prime Metro Properties, in particular Julian and wish him every success in the company as it comes to thrive.
