I would highly recommend Primeview Estates as an agency as they never fail to disappoint. My property had been empty for 3 months with 2 other local agencies, but having come across Primeview it had only taken them less than 5 days to find me suitable tenants. I have used Primeview leyton twice now to find me professional tenants for my properties. They did all the checks and orgainsed the move in day with all the necessary paperwork. I didn't have to do anything until the tenants moved in and have been very pleased with their knowledge of the market and their professionalism. A special mention to Hamza who dealt with a problem i had with my builder in delaying the moving in date. He sorted it out brilliantly and took the pressure of me having to deal with it all myself. Highly recommended for finding good tenants and setting it all up for a landlord to take over.
