Even during these hard times with Covid-19 he kept to his word from the day of making the appointment for inspection until i received my letter from him. He came in a very professional manner following the government's Covid-19 guidlines, he came within 3 days of calling him up for a booking and came at the same time as he told me he'll be at my home address. Once he carried out the inspection and went back to the office he sent me a draft copy for me to see whether everything is correct.
