Purchasing a home internationally and preparing to relocated across the world via internet may sound like a hazardous gamble rife with unforeseen challenges. Not so with Property Organiser. My wife and I recently completed a purchase in Northern Italy with the calm and professional support of the Property Organiser team. Their agent assisted with viewings, banking, and closing. Their specialist seamlessly established a mortgage. Their lawyer provided the detail and rigor to meet Italian requirements. Their home office administrators pleasantly eased my concerns. All became distant friends. We continue to work with them post-purchase, and their counsel, honesty, diligence, and good humor have made our relocation possible. Moving from the US, I can't imagine making our dream come true without Property Organiser!

I came across Property Organizer as I was doing a search on the internet. I wrote to them not thinking too much about it. I received an email from an agent not too long after, and after a few phone calls, I began to think that this agency sounded professional. However, it didn't end there. With Covid hitting the world, plans to travel to Italy were canceled. My agent, Alessio, told me that it was possible to buy a property without actually seeing it physically. Although, this sounded odd, he explained that more people are actually buying this way. To make a long story short, that's exactly what I did. I bought a property with the help of Alessio who had so much patience with me. Throughout the process, he kept on reassuring me which really put my mind at ease. Sonja, my lawyer was wonderful as well. She explained with great care and detail on all the legalities that go into buying a property in Italy. This was so helpful because the rules and regulations in buying property in Italy are different from the US, and at times they can be daunting especially when you don't know how the system works. The whole experience was professional, and I really felt taken care of. I would recommend this company to anyone who lives abroad and who wants to buy in Italy. We started looking for a holiday home in Sicily in 2019 & it soon became obvious that as we were foreign buyers from the UK, this was not going to be an easy task. I filled in an online form for The property organiser among many others for Sicilian estate agents & soon realised that they were the only ones who understood my needs & budget. Ilaria our Sicilian contact found our dream property & led us through the whole process from viewing to negotiating price, the legal process (which is pretty daunting in Italy). Stefania Russo was also always available for advise when we needed it. Covid delayed our buying process but thankfully we are now the proud owners of our new holiday home 9 months after viewing. Well I certainly couldn’t have purchased my apartment without the help of Property Organiser. Italy is a bit of a minefield but not if you know where the steps are! With the expert help of Celine, Mara and very importantly Karina, ( I think I exasperated her beyond belief!) I would have been completely lost. I have been in my apartment for about a month now, still full of boxes, still no kitchen to speak of but it will all happen in time. Relax into it is my advice and don’t feel as sick as I did!! Every step of the way the Property Organiser staff were there. I hope they have all survived me. Give it a year and everything should be straight. Covid and Brexit are still causing me endless problems, they will take time to resolve. But I got here, on my own aged 62, with the help of the team. Money very well spent. Really big advice would be : Double your contingency fund!!

From the moment I sent the first email, the Property Organiser team has been attentive, professional and focused. Chiara, our day-to-day contact, made the entire experience a breeze. Over three trips, we visited 30+ properties, and Chiara took care of everything! After each visit, she asked questions, getting a better understanding of what we wanted.
