A fantastic experience from start to finish. I have recently rented out my apartment in East London using Property Loop. The process was easy, with the company discussing a listing strategy with me first. Second a photographer was sent to my house at a agreed date/time. 24 hours later my advert was listed and with in 12 hours I had an offer I was more than happy with. Post-sales support (mainly me asking silly questions as I’m a new landlord) were answered promptly and the staff I have dealt with have been very friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to all landlords wishing to rent their properties.

Elizabeth is super responsive and helpful, highly recommend to anyone who has a property to rent out. You need to expect your involvement to the rental process is high but rmb they are commission free!

I’m an experienced landlord and this is now the second time I’ve used Propertyloop for a property in central London. Both times, I feel I have received excellent value for money. As with everything, you have to judge a service in the context of how much you are paying, and on this basis, in central london especially, I can wholeheartedly recommend Propertyloop. With their low transparent all in prices, you really do get everything you need and don’t pay for what you don’t. Yes this is a newish company but I can honestly say that each of the three people I’ve dealt with (Matt, Liz and Julia) have been honest and hard working, and gone out of their way to help wherever they can. Dealing with them is great as you really feel like you’re dealing with the people rather than some big faceless corporate. I'm a landlord that lives abroad and have rented out two properties using PropertyLoop, one of them twice. The online service was super easy to use and it was great to be able to have correspondence with the tenants via the site. Properties were rented out really quickly, one within 48hours and PropertyLoop turned the references and contract round super quick so I wasn't out of pocket. I was really impressed with the video and pictures, way above the standard of other agents I've used. Any questions I've had, have always been answered promptly and the PropertyLoop agents I've dealt with have been polite and well informed. Overall I'm really happy with the service I've received and I would highly recommend PropertyLoop.
