Rampton Baseley have let my apartment for over 10 years, consistently delivering outstanding service. Romany and her team are always dedicated, personable and highly efficient. For the most recent re-let of the property, which involved a swift tenancy changeover, they once again went above and beyond reasonable expectations to ensure that the apartment was ready in time, and did this having achieved a market-leading rental figure. I lived in a two bedroom flat let by Palace Gate Lettings just off the Northcote Road. Everything was extremely professional and responsive from the check in, throughout the duration and right to the end of the tenancy. A particular thank you to Thalia, who has been incredibly helpful and made everything very straight forward. We had a couple of minor issues throughout the tenancy which PGL dealt with very efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending a property let by them to anyone. By far the best letting agency i had in London. My experience with them was excelent. I was renting an 1 bed flat through them for 1.5 years and i am more than happy with their professionalism and response time. We never had a major issue with the flat, only some small ones which have been resolved in less than 2 days and in certain occasions the same day.
