S. R.I was a tenant for over 10 years and cannot say a bad thing about this agency all their members of staff are so helpful and always willing to help.
When i needed any sort of repairs or maintenance in the flat the landlord D. Rayner was always so helpful and never refused or challenged the repairs unlike other agencies or landlords out there, who will do all in their power not to carry out a simple repair.
They even went the extra mile when i moved out the property and my mother bacame the sole tenant by allowing my sister and I to become her guarantors as she is retired and on benefits. Instead of asking for 6+ months rent in advance like other agencies which just put further financial hardship on people already struggling.
