The house is located in an idyllic location, right in front of the Edgware station and there is a nice place to have breakfast just outside the front door, and even to buy groceries! The staff were very helpful, kind and attentive. I loved the fact that the agency informed me about their intention to visit the house to do viewings.

After renting other flats with other agencies, which were a total nightmare to deal with from basic issues in the flat to delays in the payment of the deposit, I am extremely happy with this agency. The staff is very polite, super reponsive, and I was able to finally live in a place where I truly believe the landlord and the agents worry about my wellbeing. The team were really helpful, with everything from my flatmates and I having slow internet to problems with the boiler, and were available and quick to respond whenever we needed help. I would very happily had stayed in this room had I remained in London, and would look to this agency again if I even need to rent in London again.

The agency was professional and easy to communicate with. If I ever needed to contact the agency I could speak to Sebastian who was very friendly and was always quick to respond.

D. H.I've had a really nice experience with this company. First of all, the room I rented was lovely.
Secondly, they were really responsive every time there was an issue; be it a gas issue, an internet issue, or a mold one, they took care of it. Also, they listened to our requests for some extra things around the house, such as a mirror and toilet brush.
Another thing I found lovely was when they added a light bulb to the hallway, even though we did not particularly ask for it. This showed us that they cared about the property and didn't do things just when we asked for it, but when they were needed.
I highly recommend their services.
