Ozzie and his lettings team look after 4 flats for me and are an absolute dream to work with. They found the tenants did the legal bits (credit checks and agreements) and collect the rent... any issues with properties are dealt with professionally and quickly. any works that need to be done are quoted beforehand and you have the choice to use your team or theres.. great outfit-
