Best, agency in UK, no problem work as expected good communication, good understanding. The paperwork are easy and simple, any problem is solved within one day, I just leave this company and I’m sad about it. But great I meet this agency. Their approach is really refreshing. From our first viewing, Oljay was friendly and honest with the level of interest for the flat and what we needed to do to secure the property. They never created pressure or tired to create false demand for the property like most other London estate agents. That fact that they are a smaller agency definitely working in their favour as it creates a friendly working relationship. I appreciated the fact that you put down a cleaning deposit at the start of the tenancy meaning you know you wont be stung with ridiculous costs when moving out. Any problems raised with the property were dealt with quickly and efficiently, (new cooker/hob 1 day after reporting fault). If you are looking for a property to rent or buy and Rent a Home are involved, you are in good hands. Eddy

We have rented a property from Rent-a-Home in Stokey for about 10 months. Our overall experience was positive, Oljay has been very friendly and helpful from the beginning. We had a few problems with the flat, like any other flat in London really, some heater, boiler, and washing machine faults throughout the months but they act promptly and always solved it without any charge. They also changed our mattresses for brand new ones at no extra cost and they organised delivery and pick up of the old ones which was very handy. When we left they paid back the deposit straight away. I don’t see any reason not to recommend them as an agency. Good luck on your flat hunting!
