I usually don't leave reviews for letting agents, but we were really pleased with this experience and felt it needed to be shared. Rentlondonflat managed our move-in process virtually whilst we were abroad and kept us in the loop throughout this period, which allowed for a stress-free rental experience when we got to London. Special mention for Frankie and Fathy who have been incredibly responsive and proactive, which is rare to see from a typical UK letting agent. Frankie was always reachable and went above and beyond to facilitate videos and pictures for us to get comfortable with the flat virtually. He promptly updated the contract when we found minor discrepancies and even negotiated with the landlord on our behalf regarding our rental offer. Fathy was our host who handed over the keys to us yesterday and really made us feel welcome in our new home. He was extremely kind, empathetic and wanted to do everything he could to ensure our flat was perfect and we moved in comfortably. He diligently performed the inventory check and even requested us to get in touch anytime we encountered any issues with the flat. Overall, a great experience and miles better than anything we have experienced in the past.

When we were interested in a flat (letting), we got immediately a call and straightaway an appointment with Frankie. Frankie was always on time (which is not easy in London) and Frankie had great knowledge about the flat, costs, etc. What we really loved was his gentle, professional, polite and can-do-attitude. Not that he saved us money with negotiation, Frankie was always there for us, he would reply immediately to our text-messages/e-mails and be so patient with us as we had so many questions (especially Katja).
