What can I say, the service provided from start to finish was excellent. Spoke to Abid in the office firstly and he was brilliant, I told him the fault of my cooker and he diagnosed it over the phone and got the part ordered and then the engineer turned up and installed the part and got my cooker working. Very quick and efficient turn around, I would highly recommend..

Excellent assistance throughout. Amer & Moncef were very helpful in the office in locating the part (which they had to order from Italy) and showing understanding when we postponed the fitting due to the second Covid lockdown. When Bal came on the day, he had a face mask and gloves on at all times and the replacement part was fitted quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company and certainly use again.
