Considering I think sometimes Estate Agents get a bad name as they can be hard to deal with, Revere is the complete opposite. They have been managing the house that I rent in Balham for over a year now and they have gone above and beyond every step of the way. When we moved in the inventory was very detailed and they have been available for any problems what would possibly arise (they didnt).....I couldn't recommend them more! Bruno is a really great person to deal with and we would highly ecommend his agency. A few days before our move in date we met with him and he went through the tenancy agreement making sure we understood all the particulars, he also managed to negotiate an earlier move-in date for us which was really helpful for us. As a landlord, Bruno has been incredibly patient and helpful. After a false start in the middle of last year to rent my property he kept in touch and once the timing was all sorted he was ready to go. He took great photos of the place, arranged things quickly, and had the ad up within a few hours. Offers came in within a day or two, and he talked me through those, and within about a week we had secured some really good tenants. When Bruno wasn’t around, Melissa stepped in seamlessly, so everything was arranged really quickly. I think their friendliness and responsiveness really helped - I appreciated it as I think did the people looking. I whole heartedly recommend Revere, and I hope it continues to do well.
