F. T.Natalie helped us over our (unexpectedly long) house buying process from viewing to putting in the offer through to completion. It was difficult at times but Natalie was great as a middle person between us and the vendors, making sure everything was communicated. She went above and beyond, replying to messages when she was on holiday and even getting involved to give the conveyancers a much needed push. 5 stars for Natalie, she is a responsible, professional and effective agent who gets things done!
