I've been a tenant for over 3 years at one of the apartments in Fitzrovia managed by RIB. It has been the best estate agency experience I've had so far due to their professionalism and prompt responses. The senior property manager, Rosy, is particularly excellent - she is super responsive, friendly and any maintenance issues are always dealt with swiftly. Highly recommended!

RIB took over management halfway through my tenancy, so switching over was a bit troublesome. But overall, a very good company. Quick to respond to emails and needs. Took a long time to receive my deposit refund back, but 100% of it was returned so can't complain. Had a few things that needed fixed in the flat that weren't attended to, but they were minor. Once had to pay for a plumber and a locksmith out of pocket, but the plumber cost was refunded to me. In the end, RIB provided a good service and very friendly employees.

I have been dealing with RIB for many years both in residential sales and residential lettings. My contact with them has been at virtually all hierarchical levels. They have always been consistent in the high quality and efficiency of their services, regularly meeting my expectations. We had the pleasure of working with Ilana whilst purchasing our new home. She was a pleasure to work with and a professional through and through! She functioned at a high level in the negotiation phases of the deal. We left feeling fair and represented about both the price that we paid as well as any of the works that we requested the seller to do before we took possession. She was also extremely patient with allowing us more than our fair share of visits with our designer before even the exchange of contracts and this pattern continued all the way to closing! There were delays on the closing due to delays from the attorneys but she kept everybody in the loop and kept pushing to get us into our new home as quickly as possible. We would highly recommend her and RIB as your agent for selling or buying needs!

I rented a flat from RIB in Fitzrovia for one year. Viola (letting agent) was able to secure the flat on very short notice. To criticize, the flat was managed by RIB and, while they were usually responsive, some repairs/follow ups were slow. I have rented in London for the past 4 years. RIB is one of the most straight forward and no nonsense agents I have dealt with. The flat was the only one where I have received my full deposit back. I would use again.

I can very happily recommend RIB when acting in a sale. After failing to sell my Fitzrovia flat last year via another Fitzrovia agent I turned to RIB after receiving very positive comments from a family member who used them to sell his flat a couple of years ago. Ajsen from RIB sales managed to find a buyer within 1 week at an acceptable price. Despite some delays to the sale caused by protracted enquiries it successfully completed in the end thanks to Ajsen's very hands on approach in pushing the process forward whenever it came close to stalling.
