Worked hard to get the price I wanted for selling my property in Greenford. Amar was great and Zak seems to genuinely care about his clients' happiness. He remembered things I had mentioned off hand and was repeating them to potential buyers, really didn't think he'd remember them as I only mentioned them once and they sell so many properties. Jonathan is a great negotiator which perhaps worked to my detriment in their fee but I expect was more than covered by the price they got me for the property. I was most impressed with all the staff I came into contact with at the Hanwell branch and in particular Zain and Jonathan. I had my house on the market with Purple Bricks for about 7 months and I thought the response was fairly good, we had a good amount of viewings but no substantial interest, I received a call from Zak who was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the market. He explained that RSK book the majority of their viewings from calling their buyers and very few come from online enquires. To my surprise he also said that I was under selling my house and that he believes I can achieve a higher price. I decided to give them a shot and launched my property yet again, however for £50,000 more than before with Purple Bricks. We have recently sold our property with RSK Hanwell, and I would like to say it got off to a rocky start, with some miscommunication, however I would urge you to keep reading to see why I gave 5 stars. There was a change in management in approx November/December 2018 and when Jonathan took over the office our experience was turned around dramatically. We had a buyer that pulled out at a very late stage at no fault of RSK but hey it happens, we had already found a new property that we had put an offer on and as you can imagine we were a bit worried to say the least, but the guys were not flustered they were quick to get it back on the market and people through the door. I can honestly say that Jonathan as well as Josh and Zak were amazing and we had a huge amount of viewing even when they got us an offer that was below asking and we were considering accepting it they did not let up and kept the viewings coming. They worked round our awkward schedule and also our pets with no issue, they worked hard to get us the best offer and then when we had accepted they kept the chain working to ensure that everyone was ready to exchange as quickly as possible. I would also like to also say thank you to Sara who was in the office also chasing even when we felt that we were not getting anywhere. Jonathan at RSK is a phenomenal sales consultant - he’s charismatic, courteous, diligent and understanding. RSK as a whole have been an amazing estate agent to deal with, when I started looking for properties in March I wasn’t really serious.
