Jason was always 100% transparent, provided a valuation which was representative of what the property was worth and importantly only introduced the right type of buyer for our property. We cannot recommend Rochford Stokes highly enough. We spent six years out of the country for work, and they managed our property throughout. We chose them because, as a long established, indepenent agent, they clearly knew the local market well, didn’t make any unrealisitic promises and they did in fact ultimately deliver on everything. They were always available, solved any issues rapidly and fairly, and provided excellent advice. Being abroad, there was always the potential to feel out-of-control but they kept us completely in-touch throughout. The property was originally let as a house-share: the tenants they found were all good: we only had one potential problem after three or four years when new tenants started to rotate in: Rochford Stokes immediately spotted it, and resolved it before it become an issue. When we originally let our house we intended to return, and the Jasons immediately understood that we still thought of it as our home, treated it accordingly and ensured that our tenants did the same. When we returned to the UK and instead decided to sell it, they managed the sale during the pandemic and guided it through to completion despite some complicating factors. The entire team at Rochford Stokes have always been extremely friendly and helpful, not just professionally but also on a personal level. Wholeheartedly yes!

I can’t recommend Rochford Stokes highly enough. As beneficiaries of an estate, we had 4 properties that required selling quickly. One of which had been left high and dry by the previous well known estate agents and was outside Rochford Stokes’ area of operations. All properties were beset with issues - from being in poor condition to suffering from short leases. Thanks to Rochford Stokes refreshingly proactive approach, all problems were surmounted by the initiative and hard work shown by the estate agents and all properties found buyers at good prices and in record time. Jason Carlon was a breath of fresh air from the start. My property wasn't an easy sell, and it was the second time on the market. From the exquisite photographs, to the very professionally prepared property details, I knew I had made the right choice. An offer came in within a week of launch, and we exchanged within 8 weeks. The process was peppered with issues as my property is a leasehold/share of freehold, but Jason was on hand to calm me down, reassure me, guide me, and generally act like you expect a professional agent to act. Outstanding performance Selling a house (your home) is a stressful experience. Especially in this difficult times. We’ve recently sold ours with Rochford Stokes. Small but very experienced team has made it as easy and stress free as it could possibly be. They would always be there to answer any questions (even the silly ones) we would have. The checks on the applicants for the viewings were done thoroughly so no unnecessary visitors or wasted time. Also we were dealing with the same person from the beginning up to the completion so felt absolutely safe to leave or door key with him for the viewings. I was renting one of the properties they have been managing until recently and I must say everything from start to finish was a notch above any prior experience I had with agents in London. From the first moment when I met Jason for a viewing, to settling in, to dealing with damage in the properties, to check out their behaviour was exemplary! (Big shout out to Anna and both Jasons) The crew (for fixes, move-in/move-out, cleaning etc) which they work with are all highly professional as well, which was an added bonus. I must emphasise that its not that they always took my side as a tenant as they also had to represent the interests of the landlord who was abroad, but I always felt that I was treating fairly which is all one should be asking for really. If I ever need a property and particularly if I would every move out of London and would like my property to be managed and taken care of by an agent that respects both their clients and the work they do, this is the place I would go for, hands down!
