Many thanks to Laura, accounts manager of Rubicon, who has helped me to setup with the Landlord Portal. This online tool is very useful for updated information on the tenancy and transactions. Laura is always helpful, friendly and professional with the accounts. For property management and maintenance, I must commend on Jason who is professional and act promptly on every issues so to minimize deterioration. I know Jason for many years and very much appreciate his work attitude. I mustn't forget Lucy and Christina. They are most efficient, great communication and very friendly service on tenancy tissues. Great team and please upkeep your good work.

I’ve both rented and bought through Rubicon and for both I’ve received excellent service all through the process. Lucy was excellent on the renting side. She found me a great property with the perfect landlord and ensured everything went smoothly. Paul on the purchasing side was equally good. Although there were some hiccups in the buying process he put in lots of effort to ensure that we got over the line. Cannot expect much more from an estate agent and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Brilliant, professional and honest. I was an accidental landlord and have had the misfortune of two very difficult tenants, abusing my property. Rubicon and Jason in particular have been great. They know their stuff, both from a legal stand point and the housing industry.
