Very pleased with the service provided by Saks. I find them to be efficient and informative with regards to keeping me up to date on my property, progress, feedback and in answering any queries that I put to them. Big 'Well done' and thanks to Zara and Kirsten for dealing with an appliance delivery issue recently. Also Saks very quickly find great new tenants for properties who's profile exactly matches my requirements. They manage the departure of existing tenants and the check-in of new tenants very professionally and are always contactable. Saks reputation as 'go-to' Agents for Balham/Totting rentals is rightly deserved.

Imran and his team were recommended to me by a friend who was fed up with letting agents taking the money, making promises and under-delivering.
