Mr Ardeshir sorry to hear that but you get very good Tenant from this company and you kept them for 2 years. That tenant is with this company about 5 years and no any complaint. You and me know all of those thing you wrote is absurd and you had a problem with commission which you should pay ;) anyway if you have any complaint we are very happy to see the evidence and follow up in right way not like you and your wife Nikta Niktash just talking but no any proof for your words.

When your husband (Ardeshir) can’t understand what he signed you should to help him as a wife , in tenancy agreement is clearly mentioned how many years and how much the percentage for each year Landlord must to pay .
