Absolutely fantastic experience selling our property through Savills, never pushy and always so keen to understand our needs. Savills found a great buyer within no time at all (after 3 months of another estate agent having no luck) and although we subsequently then decided to pause the selling of our property until we had a larger deposit for our onward house, Savills were totally understanding and we'll 100% pick things back up with David and the team when we're in a better position. Amazing service from David at Savilles nightingale office. We were recommended this office from a friend and was the best decision we made. The product knowledge this team has of the business is fantastic. We already had a difficult time being with a competitor who was very unhelpful and wasted 3 months of our time with no feedback. We were visited by a Marie at Savilles who provided visited is and before the end of the day provided a valuation to us which was accepted. The marketing was completed with in a week and then this was passed on to David who came took over the file and advised us exactly what he will be doing from start to finish. The team at Savills (Clapham) have been amazing during the sale of our flat. We initially started with a different estate agent, not realising that Savills would handle smaller properties. We were getting viewings, but no meaningful interest or feedback. Speaking with Marie and David at Savills, they were open and honest with what was actually happening in the market, what would help to make our flat stand out and most importantly how to price our flat if we actually wanted to sell it. Recognising the potential for another lock-down, Savills were proactive in booking a comprehensive video tour (proper video, rather than some moving photos) in addition to the usual photos and floor plan. They also took the time to really understand the property, have the answers to the questions that potential buyers may have, and be able to actively and honestly sell the property to individuals. They were considerate of COVID rules and of home working too, aiming to bring genuinely interested buyers to view, rather than dragging people in to see the flat as a comparator on a wider viewing tour. This really helped us. Throughout the process, the team have remained interested and involved. They have provided advice to us as we have been looking for our new home and genuinely being helpful. Finally, they have been proactive in updating the chain and moving things forward. Before the experience of Savills, I had considered the value that estate agent's bring in the modern world of Rightmove, Zoopla etc. I now appreciate the value that a good estate agent can bring, throughout the sale process. I would definitely go to Savills again.

There were many things in the house that we had to learn to use as the appliances and utilities all work slightly differently than back home. From the onset we were impressed with Caroline’s expertise, wealth of experience, and network of clients.
