I work at a university close to the Clerkenwell office and wanted to thank Savills for their help in selling one of our properties. We initially listed it in April and the sale was completed in October. My main contact was Tom and I must say he is a pleasure to work with. Tom provided a highly polished, informative and professional service at all times, which made for a seamless process throughout. It was his attention to detail that I was most impressed with, down to alerting me beforehand when he was on leave and providing a contact to oversee things until he returned. Tom updated me through every step, liaised with our solicitors and provided much needed advice to me at a difficult stage of the sale which was very much appreciated. I would, without hesitation recommend Savills to anyone selling/buying a property. A massive thanks to all involved.

I listed my flat for sale in EC1M with Tom at Savills Clerkenwell and it sold for the price I had hoped for within just 2 weeks! I was absolutely thrilled with the price and the way the viewings went, specially during covid. Out of four valuations Tom's was actually the highest and turned out to be the most accurate! I have dealt with several agents in London over the years for sales and rentals and Tom was by far the most professional, communication was excellent and all the follow up post offer acceptance was fantastic. I generally dread letting or selling a property but this was a seamless experience. I would absolutely recommend Tom and the team as they are by far the best agents in the area. Savills work really well for me because they're fast, effective and make the role of being a remote landlord easy. Their communication skills are fantastic and I would highly recommend both their lettings and management services. Anthony was fantastic during a time of great uncertainty. Having new tenants scheduled to move in at the height of the lockdown was stressful, but Anthony worked tirelessly to make the arrangements run as smoothly as possible. I always though Savills would be a bit too corporate but my experience with them professional, friendly and I would definitely recommend them and especially Hannah. My story is based on me finding a flat but then not taking it. My offer was a bit lower than the price it was advertised for but Hannah agreed to put it forward as an offer to the landlord because I emailed her my rationale. Also, I didn't need to ask many questions about the layout of the flat because her video made it really easy. It was slow so I could see things properly and she opened all the cupboards, fridge doors and she even filmed useful spaces and so many estate agents don't do that. I was also pleased that she didn't call me all the time like some estate agents, she communicated on Whatsapp (as that was my preference) and she respected my time to come back to her. Hannah was really kind, I felt like she really understood my needs. The truth is I ended up not taking the flat but that was nothing to do with Savills or Hannah, it was because when I met the concierge I didn't think it was a good fit, the building was virtually empty and I didn't like the sound of the builders as they were working right opposite the flat windows and would be doing so for a while. I would definitely recommend Hannah at Savills Clerkenwell.
